Why were you born?
You were not born to be a nobody!
You were not born to do nothing! You were not born to be a loser! You were born with potential!!! BUT you must demand it of yourself. Every great sales person has to realize that their ability to sell is based on their ability to contribute to others. Sales is simply contributing to others. How are you contributing to others and thus increasing your value? If you want to increase the income you earn then you must increase your value to the individuals you sell to. Your VALUE to others will always be in direct proportion to what you earn in commissions!
So... how do you increase your value?
Increase your ability to communicate and connect with others to influence their decisions.
Increase your sales skills with appointment setting, taking listings and getting any necessary price reductions. Increase your energy and passion for life. Improve your appearance from the way you dress to the way you do your hair or shine your shoes. Smile more! |
